How do I care for my extensions?

  • Always use a paraben-free and sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner with your hair extensions, regardless if they are ready to wear or semi-permanent.
  • Avoid washing your newly installed extensions for a minimum of 48-72 hours after application. Use care when washing your hair the first time, be sure to not pull, twist, or rub the extensions. Do not use any product on the roots or scalp (except shampoo), and only condition from mid-length to ends. 
  • Brush your hair 2-3 times a day to keep your extensions tangle-free.
  • Sleeping with a silk pillowcase helps prevent damage and keeps hair breakage-free.

How long does shipping take?

Our team works to inspect your order to ensure your order is properly packaged. Shipping can take 2-5 business days and 7-10 business days for custom orders. For upcoming special occasions please give ample amount of time keeping shipping time frames in mind.

What if I need to return my extensions?

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused items that are within 30 days from the date of purchase. If past the 30-day return window time frames a refund is no longer available and a store credit will be issued upon receiving the returned item(s).

There are a few items that can't be returned: 


  • Item that have been opened/used
  • Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discount rates, example: "5 for $100" (unless entire bundle is returned)
  • Items marked "Non-Returnable"
  • Any hair that has been removed from package, cut, styled, or color treated


We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Additional Returns Guidelines

Health and safety regulations require that all products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and enclosed in original packaging. 


Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Final Sale items are not eligible for coverage under our quality control warranty. Each item is shipped and inspected by us personally and we do our very best never to ship items with any defects. 


However, we're human, and therefore not perfect. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, exceptions can be made. For concerns or feedback on products received, such as damaged or defective, please contact us and we’ll work to find you the best solution.

  • Pick a day and time that works for you.
  • Plan your queries. Are you looking for length, volume, or a little bit of both?
  • Gorgeous Extensions Stylist will call you at your scheduled time via Facetime. If you don’t have an Apple device, don't worry! Our amazing stylists will set you up with a Google Meet.
  • Each interaction should take about 20 minutes. We suggest scheduling accordingly.
